False promise
I have paid up my get bucks account but haven't recieved settlement letter and my account isnt updated on itc even after payment. I have been promised to get my settlement letter but nothing is happening. I must always contact them and they just don't care. If my credit status was updated i would be relaxed but currently my name is black for an account that i paid up

Please be advised that we are not allowed to issue our own paid in full letters to GetBucks clients. We have to request it from GetBucks and they have their own regulations regarding the issuing of paid in full letters. You settled your account in January and we requested the letter from GetBucks which we sent to you when we received it in February. We also do not list or de-list anyone with any credit bureaus, this is done by our clients themselves and GetBucks was asked to update your credit profile.
