FALSE INFORMATION

I stopped paying my account and asked them to cancel it as the gym (Planet Fitness) was busy with renovations and it was unpleasant to travel to another branch to gym due to my working hours. Planet Fitness refused and I ended up with Saya Recoveries.

From 2018 up to today, 16/01/2019 - they have never sent me a statement or called me after a brief payment arrangement was made. Close to the end of 2018 I was called by Saya recoveries informing me that I can either settle the account immediately, or pay until March 2019 then the account will be settled.

The lady that called me today, informed me that as of March 2019, the balance will be +-R5000 and that she can offer me a discount of 50%.

This is pure bull**** and someone messed up, based on your reviews and incompitent rude ******* employees, I think that speaks for itself.

I will be cancelling my debit order with Saya Recoveries.
