I got a phone call from them saying that they could help me pay an outstanding bill. I told them that I had no debt and if there was anything that they knew of that they should find out and call me back with the details. They then hung up the phone. No one called back. 5 months later, my husband now gets sms saying that we owe Netcare money from July 2018. I cannot find anyone at Netcare that has any record of an outstanding account. My medical aid say that all bills submitted for July 2018 were paid and nothing was rejected. I have repeatedly asked them to send me the Netcare Hospital invoice so I can see what is supposedly owing. Nothing, just sms an amount. Today the sms sent to my husband said Festive 15% discount if we settle the debt within 3 months. What???? Never heard of the hospital offering discounted prices on services rendered! Is this company legit or is this a hoax. No proof of anything. Netcare says all bills are paid up. A huge stress in my life, because I'm trying to do the right thing but just get harassed. Won't pay anyone without proof that something is owed.
