Failure to close my account, *********** staff

I had a contract with Planet fitness Benoni branch, when we relocated from Benoni, i failed to continue with the payments and as a result my account was in arears, the account was handed over to SAYA recoveries in 2013, and I was communicating with a guy by the name of Jacom Mosesi.<br> He send me an addendum, and my account balance and requested that I pay the account balance with 50% discount, and write a letter stating that the account should be cancelled with immidiate effect and my account will be closed, i paid the amount and send proof to Him on the 25 Nov 2013, He also send me an addendum which stated that my contract will be terminated once i pay the account balance.<br> Last year Phumzile from Saya recoveries contacted me saying they will blacklist me as i am ignoring their calls and failing to make payments, saying they do not have records of my payment i send them to her on 12/09/2014, she confirmed receipt of my documents and stated that the account will be closed. Today (03/03/2015)I received an sms stating that my name will be blacklisted, i called saya recoveries again and spoke to Progress who informed me that my accout was never closed.<br> Please assist, im and tired of t
