Excuses at SAYA recoveries- I feel neglected as a consumer

<div>NO reply to clients what so ever! when I called ***** she said she gets 400 emails per day, my dear,,, do not go home if you havent replies to all emails for the day - going home when your work is not done for the day is bad. You are in a top position and you should take customer service more seriously.</div>
