Endless payment

I had an account with Homechoice and it was handed over to Saya and they were debiting from my account until last month when I phoned them and asked them for a statement or an outstanding balance then the lady gave me an outstanding balance of R492.68 and I immediately made a payment on the 25 August 2022. On the 1 September I got an sms saying I promised to pay R492.68 and I ddnt honour my promise then I called them and another lady said I must send a proof of payment but never gave me an address then again on the 5th September I got another sms saying I haven't honoured my promise...I looked for my old emails then I got an old email from Titus then I sent him proof of payment 2 days later I got a call from an agent asking me when am I paying them n I told him to speak to Titus cause I have sent him a proof of payment already n I am waiting for a paid up letter,on the 10 th of September then Titus sends me an email saying I owe the R151.0 for collection but Kanjani...plz help
