Demand for a settlement letter

They're so quick when they have to make payment arrangements or Collect settlement amounts! I was told that I will get the settlement letter after 14 working days, then it changed to 21 days. Now it's been more than that! I call them everyday but I don't get a straight answer. I just need the settlement letter, that's all!! They promise to call or send emails but they don't. MTN must really stop using Saya recoveries.
