Debt collectors with no hope messing up people’s credit profiles with *********** staff

Ref *** In 2019 December I was involved in an accident nd unfortunately Lesedi was closest. I was attended there nd thought all is done until I got a bill for Dr Kubheka, my medical aid paid but there was an amount outstanding R551 December 18 2019 got the sms, Jan 20 2020 payment was made emailed to the hospital nd spoke to Boniswa who said it was received. 3 Dec 2020 Saya contacts me through an sms, I send all confirmation since I paid it 11 months ago. Simanga Kubheka sends an email from Saya confirming they did receive payment nd that they should not contact me. I was told not to worry. March 29 2021 Saya contacts me yet again. The level of incompetence is appalling really. I will take further steps if this is not resolved Mark my words. You cannot mess up my credit profile nd I let it go just like that , do y’all know how hard it is to get it removed???? You better get your act right . Between Elma, Andrew nd Zenzo someone doesn’t know how to do their job here ... disgusting what you are doing to me
