debt

Hello , on the 25 July 2018 i made i full payment on my fin-choice account through Saya Recoveries and they promised a pay up letter for that account .now I've been receiving calls from MBD recoveries for the same account .what the hell is going with this recoveries ? I called Saya recoveries several times requesting my pay up letter and i have received none and was told that the person name Musawenkosi who was assisting me in arranging the debit order is no more working with them and they will find someone who will me assist me with me letter,haven't received any letter even now... Bad service
