Debit order before debit date

I’m very disappointed in the service given by the provider. Initial debit order is meant to go off every month end. All of a sudden my account was debited this morning I don’t know why are service providers under the impression that we all get paid early in December not all companies work the same this has affected my budget I just want to finish this account ASAP and cut all ties with saya enough is enough.
