Continuous Emails

I was contacted by an agent to pay a hospital outstanding bill for something I did not do. I had to contact the hospital to get the correct information. The agent was completely wrong and I did not know that I owed an amount for a different test. After making payment, I sent proof of payment twice and they are still continuously sending me emails and SMS's to make payment.
