Confirmation Letter of debt paid
I have been in contact with Selina since 25 May asking for a letter to be emailed confirming that my debt has been paid. Up to date I have not received anything despite phoning her twice a day and confirming my email adddress over and over!!! Selina keeps on telling me that she has sent it and when I confirm email address it was incorrect! Pathetic service!!
