Complain

I was called by a lady called Tebogo from Saya Recoveries who've been nagging me to pay now that I did pay and I made a mistake on my reference number then I called them to ask that how can I fix they told me to sent my proof of payment and sent the correct reference I did when I called again to find out when am I gonna receive an sms or email to show that I paid the consultant dropped my phone when I send an email they dont reply this makes me think that Saya recoveries is a **** cause when you want us to pay you keep on nagging but when we pay you cant even sent anything nor call to show that we no longer owing fix your staff and do the right thing and Im still waiting for an email or sms to show that I paid and Im no longer OWING YOU!!!!!
