Bad Service from SAYA Recoveries / MTN

i am writing to share about the horrible experience i have with Saya recoveries. I had MTN contract in the past years and unfortunately i became unemployed. Now i am employed and i went back to MTN to get the outstanding balance so i can settle as this is showing negatively on my credit record. At MTN i was given SAYA Recoveries contact number. I have been calling SAYA for the past +-7 weeks everyday and i am told i will be contacted back and they never do. In such a way that in those times where i have called them i am told i have no business with them or else an agent would take my ID Number then drops the call without saying anything. For crying out loud i just need to know the outstanding balance to pay and banking details only. I went back to MTN to explain this whole thing and i was given another number but still belonged to SAYA. I have 2 numbers for them, a 087 number and 011 number and i am not getting any joy on both lines, just wasting with my airtime everyday for being told my details are not showing on their side. MTN and SAYA please get your story straight, am i owing or not? If owing please contact me with the available balance to pay and banking details and stop sending me from pillar to pos. Thanks
