Bad service
I have a problem concerning my mtn contract. I paid up the account on June 2018 but my mtn account is deactivated.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Kindly note that we do not reactivate lines as we are only an outsourced collections agency. However, this matter has been escalated with MTN and you have been copied in on the escalation.
