Appalling Service

<p> Some lady By the Name of Nomsa, gave me such attitude about a home choice account which the same company had called me for in 2015, of which i had already made arrangement for in 2015 to pay R100. Now this Cat tells me that i MUST pay R200 or settle by Sunday 12.06.2016??? Where the HELL does she think im gonna get money from? I told her that i cannot afford any arrangment right now and that only in July can i pay minimum R50, which she says she will not accept and will start legal process on an account that was last paid in 2010??? Why was the original arrangement not kept to? why should i be put in a corner 1 year after i made arrangement? Why must i experience such a threatening service? My peace has been violated and feel a need to write to the collections society and OMBUDS. </p>
