A very stressful and disappointing experience.

My experience with Saya Recoveries has been extremely distressing. I feel harassed, overwhelmed, and completely unheard. Despite numerous communications and my continued efforts to keep up with payments, they seem unwilling to understand my financial situation or consider what I can realistically afford.

Instead of working with me to find a manageable solution, I feel that I am constantly being pressured with demands that are simply beyond my means. I have explained my circumstances repeatedly, yet there seems to be no understanding or compassion.

The situation has caused me immense stress and has even affected my health. I was told that the Recoveries Department does not have a dedicated consultant assigned to my ***, which makes it even more frustrating to try to resolve matters.

Debt recovery should be about finding reasonable solutions, not making people feel harassed and helpless. I have genuinely tried to cooperate, but the lack of understanding and flexibility has left me feeling exhausted and disappointed.

I sincerely hope Saya Recoveries reviews the way it treats people who are already struggling financially and starts offering more compassionate, realistic solutions instead of simply making demands.
