Worst servive I've ever received!!!!

Good day I started struggling with sayitcreative before the 14th of February and by the 1st of march I still haven't received any service from them not a design mock up or a apology for the delay out of their own I had to be persistant to get any feedback, I cancelled my order and requested a refund. But till date I still have not received the money in my account after contacting them numerous times. I have never received such bad service in my life they completely ignore me.
