Worst service ever. Do not buy from them

On 8 August 2019 I ordered personalised wooden boxes for groomsman and best man with hip flask etc with names only on the boxes and just proposal messages on the hip flask with no names on to avoid confusion as to who is who and just put the specific flask with the correct person before we hand it out.

After receiving an email from the designer that no proof needed to be signed off and also no mention of the messages on the hip flasks I responded asking specifically about the messages on hip flask, I did not receive a response so I called and spoke to the receptionist (Twanè) that informed me that the designer is not available. After explaining to her about the email and messages on the hip flask she assured me that she will follow up with the designer and ensure the proposal messages will be on the hip flask and if there is any problems the designer will contact me.

I again did not receive any further communication from them which indicated to me that everything is in order.

Upon receiving the boxes on 2 September 2019 I found that the message was on the hip flask but both said Groomsman. I called again and explained the situation to which their response was that they will follow up with the designer and get back to me.

Later the day I received an email where they claim I did not mention that one is for a groomsman and one for a best man. I called again to explain exactly in which email I asked that and suddenly the story changed to they did not know who is the best man and who is the groomsman which still does not make any sense as the hip flasks did not have any names on only the boxes. Now none of my emails or phone calls are being answered (assume they can see it is me calling as they have a cell phone nr and not a landline) and I still can't use the hip flask for our best man.
