Worst service!

I made an enquiry and payment on an order, asked several times if they will be able to deliver on my need, and repeadly said yes. 2 weeks later , ON the day they are suppose to make delivery , I call them to confirm time of delivery , only for them to tell me what I ordered is out of stock ! They did not bother calling me before to alert me of this! I had to call them for them to tell me this! What a total inconvenience! Now they ignoring my emails regarding my refund ! Worse service Iv ever received
