Worst service

Their response to mails were great when I enquired about the products on the website. But as soos as I made the payment in full its like they just disappeared. They never respond to my mails, the never answer the phone. More than a month after I placed the order and made the payment i did get hold of her and she told me that she will call me back with feedback. Instead my order was printed and post that same night but it was not what I wanted at all. Again I struggled to get hold of them for about 2 weeks. Eventually someone picked up the phone and said my designes will be sent shortly...till today (2months later) I haven't received anything! They don't respond to any of my mails. They don't answer the phone, i even sent whatapp messages...but no reply.
