WORST quality and service

I purchased 5 oven dishes from them that were engraved with personalized notes that I wanted to give to family members for Christmas. I mever received artwork examples; they couriered it to me and when I opened the box I was shocked to see the poor quality of the engraving, it was all skew and printed to one side of the dish. Sadly I have to now spend more money on other gifts as I am too humiliated to give these dishes to my family.
