Poor Client response time, you have to chase them for your orders, orders do not arrive on time. I placed an order a month in advance, promised it would be delivered by the 01 Dec, then the 05th Dec and still nothing, no responses on my emails and now i have missed my deadline on my products for the special occasions. Won't be using them again. This was the last time.
