Unreliable, no communication, late delivery, horrible service!

What a terrible overall experience!!!!! I ordered a gift from them for my husband for our first wedding anniversary. Their website states that they deliver within 10 - 15 days, so placing my order 30 ahead of our anniversary should have been sufficient. After paying in full, I was informed that their designer would contact me. 5 days later, I called them. I had to keep following up with them. NO COMMUNICATION from their side.I kept asking if I would receive my order on time and they kept promising that I would. I kept saying that if it wasn't going to be ready, they should let me know so I could get another gift, they kept promising it would. At 4:30 the afternoon before our anniversary, they called to say that I won't be ready as their machine broke - this apparent breakdown happened on the day my gift should already have been delivered. It was a hassle dealing with them, they delivered late and still got the order wrong as well. DO NOT order from them! I should have read the Hello Peter reviews before ordering.
