TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!

Complete and utter lack of customer service, take forever to reply and respond, promise a delivery date and let you down. I sent a courier to collect on the date that THEY told me my order would be ready and they sent my courier away saying that it isn't ready. Now I have to pay for courier again. I am worried reading all these other reviews if I will even get my order at all. The designer is SSSOOOO rude, spoke to me on the phone like I was a child, sent me shocking artwork and takes 3 days just to make one small change. There is no acknowledgement of the terrible conduct from their side. An apology and a "we will do everything we can to fix this" would been all it would take to make me forgive and forget the whole incident. So angry, sad and disappointed :(
