TERRIBLE SERVICE AND *** PRODUCT QUALITY

WORST SERVICE AND PRODUCT QUALITY EVER!!!!!!!!! I order products from them, and as soon as I had paid in full, upfront, their communication become ****, they didn't update me, they didn't deliver the products on time, I got excuse after excuse when I called, then I had to fetch the products from the courier depot even though I paid for full delivery, and all the products have *** quality and look really bad!!! WASTE OF MONEY AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! Pathetic. And absolutely no efforts to fix their mistakes or the fact that the product quality is **** - their solution is I must pay to send them back if I'd like a refund. Like hell I'm spending more money on them!
