Say it Creative: online business or ****?

Say it creative has given me absolutely pathetic service. The "Company" does not reply to emails, nor answer any of their phone calls. I've placed an order two months ago with a full payment They coincidentally only respond to emails placing an order, but none of the emails requesting updates. After numerous complaints, they were not even the least bit apologetic. After I mentioned this the consultant just said "sorry", without any sign of remorse. I have asked to speak to the owner or manager who is conveniently busy every single time I call. Their customer service is PUTRID, they should not be registered as a business and I would not advise anyone to order with them. They take money, promise deliveries and won't live up to it. They promise refunds and won't live up to that either. Online businesses like this are a ****!
