Positive Experience

After having already paid a deposit, I did a google search on the company, just because after two emails and a week later, I didn't get a response from anyone and to my own surprise I came across many negative reviews. I did manage to speak to Twane the day after my email as I called her and told her my concerns after reviewing majority negative comments regarding service delivery and she had assured me that my order will be done to fulfilment. And I can happily say that the team did come through with the order. I even had a last minute adjustment which they happily assisted me with at no extra charge. Thank you for the good work! A bit of constructive criticism is that they do need to work on their communication strategy so as to reassure clients.
