Please avoid this company

Do not engage in any business with this company. I placed an order, paid for it on the 5/12/2020 and since then have had to message daily to follow up. I was not able to get any response from emails, FB messages, Instagram messages and their phone just rings. Eventually I received a mail telling me how busy they are and that I should not complain. I asked for a refund. No response. Surely with so many bad reviews and customers who did not receive their orders or eventually received it after the specified date and in poor condition we should be able to combine legal efforts.
