Pathetic service

I have done an order with these guys for a wine bottle boxed who had asked me to do payment at the end of june so that the designer can start with my order and I should receive delivery on the 1st of August 2017 and I had emailed them all the pics with details of what I wanted and they do not respond and they do not answer there phones. They advertise with a cell number and don't have a land line when you ask them for one they don't want to give it and when I complained a few days back they sent me a sloppy design just to show me they working with it and when I rep**** and told them what I wanted and for them to contact me because I'm tired of emailing them they still did not respond they are *****s and should not be operating and I will be issuing all there information to the police department to investigate because they have taken my money and do not contact you and avoid your calls seems so be a **** so please guys do not order from these people as they will rob you.
