HUGELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE at Say it Creative online shop. I placed an order on 20 October for personalised items that were intended as gifts. Payment was made in full and the deadline for delivery of these items was confirmed by their staff, but that deadline came and went and I am STILL WAITING for these items - now almost a month later. ........ I had NOTHING to give as gifts at our family function last weekend. I have tried REPEATEDLY to get a response from them via email and I still have HEARD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Shocking service. I am furious and would NOT recommend #SayItCreative to anyone!

29 Nov 2017, 13:08To follow up on this, I have just been informed that Say it Creative are now "unable to locate the parcel". So after all this, I now have NOTHING to give as gifts, at all.
This, I might add, after being told by them on 16 November (in what I can only imagine was a false attempt to try and placate me in response to this post), that the courier was collecting my order and it was being sent the following day.
All I can say is what SHOCKING SERVICE........
Incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL and immensely disappointing.
....... BEWARE and take note before you order from this company!!!!
I have since found a HUGE amount of bad reviews about Say It Creative, with experiences exactly like this on the Hellopeter.com website - I wish I had known this before wasting my time and money.
