FRUSTRATION.... Wedding favours from hell

Thank you for making my wedding experience a living nightmare!! NO ANSWER.... LATE DELIVERY.... Hell on earth dealing with these people. I had gifts made for the bridal party and groomsmen. My order has taken about 2 months now. The designs that I received were horribly ugly compaired to those advertised on the website, there after I supp**** my own designs. STILL NO PRODUCTS!! I want a refund however its apparently too late because its all in production..... almost 2 weeks later.... STILL NO PRODUCTS!!!!! STAY AWAY! They are impossible to get hold of. They lie explicitly about not receiving emails. Words cannot describe the the heartache and frustration that this company caused me. Thank you for messing up my specially planned gift boxes.... I will not leave this here! They dont even deserve the one star I had to give them in order to write a review.
