DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Bad quality merchandise and shocking service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Worst customer service ever. Placed order before the 15th November, and paid on the 15th November. Only received the order on the 18th December. The picture box arrived broken with *****s missing. And the art work was done very poorly, and had bubbles. We had to fix the picture box ourselves to make it in a gift-able state. Polaroids where grey instead of white. The order did not reflect what was advertised on the website. When you finally get through to to them, both via email and phoning, of which they never reply to the emails, and very seldom answer the phone. Management doesn't care, and gives attitude and empty promises. Customer Service Stinks. Had to fight with them just to get my order done in time for Christmas. We feel bad giving such poor items as gifts to family. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
