I placed an order with Say it creative and received excellent service from them, UNTIL i made payment. I had to constantly email them for feedback and only to find out the order was "Late" and wrong. they offered an option to refund me in FULL which has NOT been done. its only been a few days but they were very quick to request the money and now no communication from them at all. the number listed on their website is USELESS don't bother phoning because they don't answer anyway. i wish i had read all complaints before ordering with them, lesson learnt. PS i will keep writing bad reviews on all social media and if my money is not refunded you can expect to see me at your door. order #0024ASH just in-case you want to be decent enough to pay me back my money!!
