Disgusting service!

<p>I ordered thousands of Rands of items from Say it creative which took 2 months to be delivered and when delivered an item was broken. I contacted them to get this replaced, sending email after email and phoning the company countless times - which they never bothered to respond to either. I got a phone call 7 weeks later about replacing the item and when asked why it had taken 7 weeks - the lady started shouting that she was doing us a favour and helping us, which she didn't have to. Their service is appalling and their staff is rude and unhelpful. I will never use this company again. </p>
