Bad service

Bad service and customer care. Bought chocolate wrappers for 80g chocolate as thank you gift for my wedding. Received the wrappers and it was 1cm to short and 1cm to narrow. Phoned Chane and she wanted photos. She said she will phone me back the same day. Didn't get a call so I phoned the next day. She told me the took a chocolate out of its wrapper to put their print on. The usually cover the chocolate in foil and then stick the wrapper on the foil. I told her it's not what I want then she told me they can fix it but I will have to pay again. I told her I'm sending everything back they can refund me. She said she will let her manager phone me back. I'm still waiting. And now they blocked my no so I can't get hold of them.
