Absolutely Atrocious - wrong poor quality items and ******* Ts and Ava

The most shocking customer service I have ever received from any establishment. After ordering items for my wedding, the wooden magnets I ordered for wedding favors were marred and did not even stick to the fridge. I ordered a leaf guest book which they got so wrong it was unbelievable. Really received something so far from what I ordered and what they confirmed to me would be the case. When I complained about it they just ignore my for months until eventually pouting me to their Ts&Cs, which are completely non-compliant with consumer legislation in SA, to tell me it was too late to complain. Am flabbergasted with the way they have handled this to the extent I am taking legal action against them. Please don’t go near this company - you won’t get what you ordered and you’ll receive the worst service of your life. I hope they go out of business sooner rather than later.
