3 months delay in deliver - and counting

I ordered my items on 30 May 2018 and was promised that I would receive it at the end of June. I did not receive it until almost a month later. They misspelled one of the names on the stickers and promised to send the corrected sticker. It is now 3 months after I placed my order and I still do not have my sticker. When I spoke to the owner about the delayed order, she told me that my wedding is only in October so she does not know why I am so upset. The point is Say It Creative that you promise a service that you cannot deliver!
