Still waiting for their response and refund

At 1st glance your house looks spotless and amazing, but please do investigate further before you pay them as I've again after inspection also found that the lights have not been cleaned at all in the house as per our verbal agreement. The window sills on the inside have not been cleaned either. I have also not received my refund for my broken garage door and they keep making empty promises. I've already lodged a complaint and they continuously ignore my phone calls or promise to investigate yet again further and respond. Please do not believe their promises, do not fall into the same trap I have by trusting them. I would not refer them.
