SAXUM RETAIL - NEVER OPT FOR THEM.

<p>I am a professional in the industry and I can assure you, I have never seen any insurance provider that is so *********** and unresponsive to people's problems. I have been waiting for 7 months for my car to be fixed through a third party claim. Charmaine Sathekge never replies to my call and lies about the client not having resolved the repairs yet. I obtained confirmation from another department that their client's car was in fact repaired! I promise you, you will be waiting ages before they ever reply to you. I am going to take the matter to the court - issue summons through a lawyer at my office - and publicly expose SAXUM RETAIL for their lack of service on all levels. I even intend to contact the chairman - JURG ALEXANDER JOHANN SCHALCH - if I have to and complain about the entire team at recoveries department... This is no a ****.. I am deeply disappointed and advise people to NEVER OPT FOR THIS INSURANCE</p>
