Poor service and total of lack decency and professionalism.

<p>It’s been over a month since my car was involved in an incident. To date despite several attempts from both myself and my broker I am no closer to knowing the statues of my vehicle. Week after week I’ve been trying in a despite attempt to have this issue resolved but with no success. Saxum not had the decency respond to any correspondence and clearly don’t care. I’ve paid premiums in good faith and now have to beg for finalization. </p> <p> </p>
