poor service

<p>I'm so mad and dissappointed with insurance companies, Saxum insurance/ Anderson insurance in particular. <em> had a claim in july due to an accedent that i had. to cut the storry short my claim was rejected which took 3 months to get that rejection letter, so i had to fetch my car where it stored and to find out my my car keys were no where to be found , so basically im driving a car that could be ****** at any time because someone out there has my car keys. im no getting helped every time i call they duck and dive , tranferring me to one call to another. I dont know hwat to do any more.</em></p>
