Please beware of Saxum Insurance

This could be the worst service/experience that I have received in a very long time.<br> <br> Feedback. Shocking. I am now in my third week of a claim and the communication is non existent. I need to call daily and follow up on certain aspects of the claim on which I either do not get a response on, or the info I receive is wrong. More than once I have waited endlessly on a ringing phone for a manager, ANYONE to take my call so that I can give constructive feedback-Nothing. This just ends in the me putting the phone down 15 mins later. <br> <br> Do not recommend these guys at all.
