ABSOLUTE FARCE OF A SERVICE

<p>A family car written off in an accident in May 2016, took almost a month to get a claim number and 5 months later still not getting any feedback including emails to their Supervisors & CEO. It's now been a month since the claim was approved and still no feedback or settlement paid. I have now reffered the case to the Ombudsman for short term insurance. This is some ridiculous service at it's best and the last time I ever refer business to them. They don't even bother replying to emails.</p>
