You don’t get what you’ve ordered - Regret

I received my couch but it is not what I had ordered. What was advertised vs what I got are 2 different types of couches. I honestly regret buying from this Saxton Furniture company, it was a hassle to receive the order, then when it finally arrived it was different from what I ordered and expected. Then the quality, it really looks like a rushed job. There’s staples hanging on the finishes, really not neat. Based on the engagements I’ve had with them, it was gonna be a hassle to return it and get my money back so I’ve accepted that I wasted my money.
