Non delivery of the balance of an order
I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this store as their customer service is terrible. They also don't keep to their promises:
My experience dealing with Saxton Furniture Store has been horrific. I ordered a 8 piece patio set (on 7 Feb) and only received 7 pieces. Also, the cushions started to tear after 2 days. I was promised that it will be replaced. I was promised (on several occasions, with confirmed and communicated delivery dates) that the missing piece will be delivered. It has been over a month and we still have not received delivery of the balance. Out of total desperation I offered to pay for delivery. Now I am being told my order has to be prepared first and I will be notified. No working landline, no number to call, just a whatsapp line.

So I wasn't given one extra. I actually paid for it when I purchased the set.
Please let me now when you will deliver my replacement cushions. Mine tore at the stitching, remember. You promised on several occasions that you will replace them. I am still waiting.
