NO DELIVERY! I WANT REFUND!!!

I'm very disappointed by Saxton Furniture Stores. I ordered a couch on the 17th April 2023. It has been 2 months full no delivery and they are refusing to give me back my money they say I should collect it. Mind you they said they deliver nation wide and I am based in Limpopo. I have organised to courier companies to go and collect as they said they will pay. Even that failed because they do not follow up o the number of couriers that I gave them. At this point I just want a refund.
