Unexperienced and Greedy business

Had high hopes But did not deliver

Very bad experience Had 2 holes in tooth to be filled Took 3 attempts (Different appoitments) After each appointment filling broke out immediately Tooth Ache much worse Procedure was very unprofessionally done Dentist requires more years of experience No apology just a very steep invoice

Invoiced full price for each appointment and filling each time (which they mentioned is their own fault) yet still demanded full payment on a daily basis (for basically doing nothing) - however I did pay - Sitting with no medical from July until medical savings recover in January - of which in the meantime had to pay for all prescriptions and doctors appointments out of pocket (and I mention again we have a very good medical plan and savings)

used our entire annual medical savings plan (which was more than 7k) with an additional fee not covered

and the tooth is exactly as it was prior to visiting

I am not a person that complains easily about service but this is where a draw the line, due to causing us a lot of problems afterwards
