Terrible Service I would not recommend dealing with them

<p>I booked a holiday for my mom and myself, in Paternoster through Lekkeslaap. Never knowing that I had to deal with another company called SaWestCoast & Beyond. They never confirmed that they received final payment I had to contact lekkeslaap to get the information to confirm payment. Then after the stay in early June they never contacted me for my breakage deposit to be repaid, I have sent emails, and then Marie Boshoff comes back to me, I sent an email on 28 June to advise that I haven't heard anything from them, then she rep**** on the 29th of june, to ask if I haven't received an email to ask for my banking details, so I said no. And then she said she will foward me one quickly, and that was it. Never heard from her again. I sent another email on the 17th of July. Still no response. I think these people are ******** and just keep people's money. Please don't ever use them!</p>
