Disrepected and poor treatment

I am so dissapointed in the savvysaver app i buy groceries on a monthly basis and submit all my slips accoring to the admins on the whatsup group the person told me that my in the message that my account has been suspended due to suspicious behavour because i submitted more slips on the 25 of last month and then 6 slips the following day accoring to him its suspitious and he even claimed that it was not my slips i wanted to claim my points on the app wich was R200 its been since the 29th of last month that i have been waiting for it to be resolved he also flagged my slips as he was claiming its not normal for a person to claimed that in real life one person can never buy 10 times in one day wich is unresonable because i go to more stores as we only have a few stores available to us and not all stores have all the products you wanted i was never treated like this in my life not at all i want an appology from them and my account to be active and i want them to make it publicly as they treated me with disrespect i do have all the messages as my proof
